Herding Silent Auction

Silent Auction: We will have a silent auction full of wonderful items at the Herding Trial on Sunday. This year’s auction chairman is Cheryl Kienast, Renee Bernard has graciously agreed to assist. Please contact Cheryl or Renee if you have any items you might wish to donate. Proceeds raised benefit the bottom line on our herding trials.

Performance/Companion Silent Auction

Tuesday, May 2nd, we will celebrate the wonderful achievements of our talented Performance and Companion Cardigans and their humans at our annual banquet.

We are planning a social hour when you can bid on our silent auction items as well as a great sit-down meal with several food choices, and the presentation of awards.

Sign up on the COF and the Banquet time will be announced on line and at the show site when we know the entry for the Obedience and Rally Trial earlier in the day.

Raffle, Silent, and Live Auctions

It’s time to plan for fun and fund raising. We need your generous donations for our historically profitable fund raising efforts.

Please remember is it this funding that allows CWCCA to facilitate Health Research, Legislation and much, much more. Funds we don’t have cannot work for the common good of the Breed and the CWCCA.

We have reversed the days of our events this year.

  • The Silent Auction will begin on Thursday, May 4th in conjunction with the Annual Meeting.
  • The Raffle will be held on Saturday, May 6th during the Annual Banquet.
  • Our always GREAT Live Auction will be held on Saturday, May 6th during dinner.

Silent Auction:
The Silent Auction bidding will open prior to the Annual Meeting on Thursday and run until 15 minutes after the judge's lunch break begins on Friday. The committee will process the winning bids. Pick up time will be from 3:00 to 5:00 on Friday and from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday. Any items not picked up by 11:00 am on Saturday will be placed in the raffle.

The Raffle will open on Saturday at 4:30 pm and the closing time will be announced at the dinner. Drawings will be held throughout the dinner and program.

Live Auction:
The Live Auction will be held during the Banquet on Saturday evening.
