Annual Banquet

Join your friends for a farewell banquet the evening of Saturday May 6th and enjoy a delicious dinner, the annual raffle, our much anticipated live auction, plus the award presentations.

Below are the choices for our dinner. Please order on the CWCCA Consolidated Order Form.

Chicken Piccata - $34.00

  • Sautéed breast of chicken with a lemon & caper sauce, served with rice pilaf and buttered baby carrots.

New York Sirloin Strip - $51.00

  • Twelve ounce strip steak prepared to doneness and topped with seasoned mushrooms, served with broccoli polonaise and twice-baked potato.

Lake Erie Walleye - $37.00

  • Fresh Walleye baked until flaky, and laced with maître d’ hotel butter, served with rice pilaf and chef’s seasonal vegetables.

Each of the entrées include...

  • Tossed Garden Salad: Fresh iceberg lettuce, crisp romaine lettuce and tossed mixed greens with diced cucumber, grape tomatoes, red cabbage, shredded carrots, and garlic herbed croutons.
  • Rolls with creamy butter
  • Freshly brewed regular & decaf Douwe Egbert’s Coffee, Lemonade or Iced Tea.
  • Home baked pie.

Performance/Companion Dinner

Tuesday, May 2nd, we will celebrate the wonderful achievements of our talented Performance and Companion Cardigans and their humans at our annual banquet.

We are planning a social hour when you can bid on our silent auction items as well as a great sit-down meal with several food choices, and the presentation of awards.

Sign up on the COF and the Banquet time will be announced on line and at the show site when we know the entry for the Obedience and Rally Trial earlier in the day.

Salmon - $38.00

  • Atlantic Salmon topped with nutty brie cheese and succulent lump crab meat, Served with zucchini, roasted artichoke and tomato, and rice pilaf.

Pork - $32.00

  • Pork Loin topped with Pan Gravy, served with baked sweet potato and green beans almandine.

Chicken Marsala - $32.00

  • Breast of chicken simmered in a sauce of Marsala wine, mushrooms and seasonings on angel hair pasta and served with green beans almandine.

Each of the entrées include...
