Gabby (affectionately known as Gabby/Kat) is my pick Puppy from my 2014 litter of 8.

Gabby and I began training in Agility when she was about 9 months old and started trialing when she was 2 yrs old. Gabby absolutely loved doing Agility, but her agility fun came to an abrupt stop in October 2021 when she severely injured her back in our back yard, causing her to lose 75% function of her back legs and had to be slinged to walk. Gabby was in extreme pain and required Emergency surgery. After a successful surgery and several months of physical therapy, Gabby regained the use of her back legs, is pain free and back to her spunky, happy, barky self. I will be forever grateful to our Vet surgeon and Vet staff for helping Gabby regain her mobility.

Now that Gabby is permanently retired from Agility and any other sport requiring jumping, our new game is Scentwork and we are having a blast together. On another note, be careful what you name your dog. I seemed to have jinxed myself when I named my girl Gabby, because she has an opinion about EVERYTHING!
