This year we will be offering three-course plated dinners.
All plated entrees include warm yeast rolls, sweet cream butter, iced tea, freshly brewed regular and decaf coffee, and teavana premium tea service.
Salad: Meadowview Salad: Iceberg and Romaine blend, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, cucumbers, croutons, ranch dressing & balsamic vinaigrette
Choice of Entrees:
- Herb & pecan roasted chicken: marinated chicken breast, white cheddar mashed potatoes, red pepper and garlic roasted broccoli, roast chicken jus lie, $62
- Honey garlic salmon: grilled salmon filet, pepperjack grits, bacon brussel sprouts, honey garlic glaze $59
- Stuffed pork loin: oven roasted pork loin, braised collard greens and caramelized onion stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, herb roasted baby carrots, pork jus lie $62
