Accounts were copied from the Member website. If you change the password on one site it will not change it on the other, so the best idea is to change it on both.
Use the “Lost Your Password” step to reset your password if you have forgotten it. If it does not recognize your email address, enter a new account. The Lost Password step automatically sends an email. If you do not see it right away, remember to check your spam folder. If it’s not there (some ISPs are blocking it) use the help form to contact us and we can change it to a temporary password which you can then change.
