We keep accounts and dog entries on file. You will not need to re-enter the dog’s information for each entry.
You may enter dogs at any time but will not be able to access event entry until entries open.
Logging in:
If you do not yet have an account on this online-entry website, you must register for one. This is separate from your other CWCCA accounts. If you entered Agility, Herding, or Scent Work online for a previous National Specialty or the North Carolina Herding Trial, you should already have an account on file. Use the “Lost Password” step if you do not remember it.
When you register for a new account, you will then be transferred to a screen to set up your Dog Info page. At this point all you need to do is to click “Continue” below the text box.
Entering Dogs:
- Choose Your Account from the menu and then click on the box that says “Click to access your dogs and entries“. Once on the Dog Info page use the Add A New Dog button on the right (below on a phone) to enter each of your dogs. Very important: do not use an ampersand (&) in any field or the information will not carry forward to the entries correctly. Use commas between multiple owners’ and breeders’ names.
- If any information is not known, e.g. Sire/Dam/Breeder for a rescue, type Unknown in the field.
- On your table of dogs, you should see links for “Delete, Duplicate, and Enter Event to the right of each dog.
Click on “Enter Event” to continue. You will be given a choice of events to enter on the next screen (scroll down).
To modify a dog’s record (add titles, change address, etc) first Duplicate the record making the needed change. Then click on Delete for the original entry, which will have a lower id number. Deletions are not automatic as they require an administrator to approve.
You can also save time registering related dogs or dogs with the same owner by using the Duplicate step.
The plus (+) to the left of the Dog’s name brings up additional information, such as Breeder, Sire, Dam.
Entering Events:
- To enter additional classes in the same event you may submit an additional entry for the dog. If you need to change or cancel an entry, use the form on the Contact page.
- Each entry will automatically proceed to Payment Processing upon entry. You may pay via Stipe or PayPal.
Payment
You may cancel with a refund until entries close. We do not charge an online entry fee at time of payment, but the fee we pay to PayPal or Stripe will not be refunded.
