The CWCCA Offers three parades.
- Parade of Title Holders $30
- Parade of Therapy Dogs $20
- Parade of Rescue Dogs $20
The Parade of Title Holders is open to all Cardigan Welsh Corgis that have any title: Conformation Championship, Obedience, Scent Work, Tracking, Herding, Agility, Rally, Search and Rescue, CGC or TDI, or anything else. They need not be AKC titles. Entrants will receive a large ribbon with the dog’s name including all titles.
The Parade of Therapy Dogs is open to all dogs who hold a certification or registration from an AKC recognized organization. Click for AKC Link. Entrants will receive a neck ribbon with the dog’s call name.
The Parade of Rescue Dogs is open to all Cardigan Welsh Corgis who have been rescued. Entrants will receive a neck ribbon with the dog’s call name.
We accept entries here on our website so that you will be able to list all of your titles, not just those from AKC. In addition, the write-up you submit will be posted here on this website and later on the Results page for the year. In addition, your dog’s name and titles will be listed in the National Specialty catalog.
The last two years, the Parades were held on Thursday with a judging break before Winners Dog. The schedule for 2025 is still pending. If you find that you cannot attend, please find someone who can pick up your ribbon for you. Mailing of ribbons is available for an extra $15.
